all leaders always go no exeptions but if you cant go, we will postpone untill you can come.
every clan leader chooses cats from his/her clan and moontail is the only other one in thunderclan voiletstream synce you are leader of brightclan you will go to every gathering but its not up to me to choose who gets to go go to the clan rank page to see who all is in your clan
